Rules for Piercing a Minor

Minors under the age of 18 can receive a general body piercing but must have the following:
- A birth certificate
- A parent/legal guardian with a valid license/id
- A parent/legal guardian must be present during the piercing

A minor can NOT receive a genital or nipple piercing. 18+ only!

There are still certain restrictions on what type of general body piercing a minor can receive at certain ages so please call the studio for more details at 978-345-4300.

Rules for Tattooing a Minor:

It is a illegal to tattoo a minor in the city of Fitchburg, no exceptions. You have to be 18 years of age to get a tattoo!
